With clean, dust free walls, prints can be removed and applied or repositioned 5 - 8 times.
Application & Care
1. Dirt is the arch nemesis of Skins! Clean the surface of the device per the manufacturer’s suggestions. If you’re not sure, refer to the directions that came with the device or visit the manufacturer’s website.
2. Peel your Skin off its backing and apply slowly to the device – smooth out any air pockets as you go. If you need to reposition it, don’t worry – Skins can be removed and reapplied without stretching out of shaping.
3. Show off your new Skin to everyone in the immediate area.
4. Take photos and email images of your new Skin to family, friends and rivals.
Skins can easily be cleaned using two soft, clean cloths and a splash of water. Simply dampen the cloth and wipe down the surface of your Skin. When you’re done, use the second clean cloth to dry it.
Make sure you read up in the installation instructions before your begain your prject to make sure you will recieve the optimum quality you are looking for.
Shipping
To keep it simple we offer a Flat Rate Shipping of $7.99 per order.
Unless expedited shipping is selected, orders will ship via the United States Postal Service using First Class Mail. All other products ship via UPS Ground. UPS also provides service for Second Day Air and Overnight Air within the United States. International orders may arrive using a carrier common in the country of destination. Whatever shipping method you select, always allow up to two business days to process your order and up to five business days for custom prints.

I know you're excited but try to relax. Your DecoStat should arrive in 5 – 7 business days, faster if you choose next day or second day air shipping. We watch inventory in real time so it’s pretty rare that your choice will be out of stock or backordered, but if this happens you'll be contacted to let you know when it will arrive.
We ship Monday through Friday except holidays. Allow 2 full business days for us to process your order. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not business days. If you order on Friday and Monday is a holiday, then your order won't get processed until Tuesday.
DecoStats are selling fast so the sooner you order, the sooner you'll get it.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. We recommend having your items shipped to a work address instead if that is possible.

You have one hour after you place your order to cancel it. To cancel your order you must contact DecoStat Customer Service by phone at 1-877-328-4323 between the hours of Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. (EST) or Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (EST) Times are US Eastern. If you wait longer than one hour or if our Customer Service agents are not available at the time, you will need to call during our hours of operation to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) so we can exchange the item or refund you.
We will gladly exchange your custom DecoStat within 30 days of delivery ONLY if you received it damaged or defective. This applies to all custom DecoStats, including Custom Vinyl Wall Graphics, Custom Canvas Prints, and Custom DecoStat Big Heads. To exchange your item you must have a return merchandise authorization number issued by DecoStat. Call 1-877-DecoStat (1-877-328-4323) for assistance.

Technical
There can be several reasons for this. The most common one that is easily fixed is that your browser is not accepting cookies. Consult your browser's tool section for information on cookies.
